I can’t post a video, but I can talk you through it.
Working it this way will twist the stitches. Look @ your left needle. The stitch farthest to the right is the 1st stitch. The one next to it is the 2nd stitch- and this is the stitch we’re working with 1st.
Ignore the first stitch, and knit that second stitch through the back loop. (video of this here- scroll down for k tbl). Don’t slip the stitch off the needle (that 1st stitch is in the way anyway.) Then knit the 1st stitch. (this will be a little awkward.) Then slide both of those stitches off the left needle.
