HELP Binding off at neck edge craziness!

I am making a baby cardigan.

The last thing the pattern said was to end with a purl row so I purled the row and I am now at a knit row. I am on the right side of the cardigan.

The pattern then says to:

Bind off 3 sts @ beg on next row (which is the neck edge) and then bind off at neck edge 3 sts once, then 2 sts one time Last pearl one row even

SO CONFUNDED

Basically, bind off 3 sts and knit to the end of the row, turn, purl a row, turn, bind off 3 sts and knit to the end, turn, purl a row, turn, bind off 2 sts at the beginning of the knit row and knit to the end, turn and purl a row. You’re then back on the knit side and ready for the next direction.
