hello
i have just descovered knitting (my gran died at christmas and left loads of wool about, so i though rather than sell/bin it i would give it a go, and have now descoveded that i love it).
anyway, i have found a pattern (that i have been told is easy to do) but it envolves garter stitch. can anyone explain to me in simple terms how i can do this please?
