Soo I got the patteren that I was looking FOR and thank you

now I need help I think I know how to do it but I just want to make sure…
the patteren says

knit into front and back

so is this like the m1 st???

No. M1 is an increase, but it’s one you make using the strand between stitches. For a knit in the front and back, knit in the stitch as normal but don’t slide it off. Then knit into the back of the same stitch and then slide it off the needle. Two stitches instead of one.
