Fraya tequila sunrise sweater

Hi Everyone,
I am working on this free pattern. I have a question if I should continue in the round after separating the stitches for the sleeves. Is that is the case how?
The pattern says:
Knit 52 (52) 56 (60) 70 sts (front), place the next 32 (32) 34 (36) 38 sts on a stitch holder (sleeve), cast on 4 (6) 6 (6) 4 new sts in extension of the sts on the needle and place a marker in the middle of these, knit 52 (52) 56 (60) 70 sts (back), place the next 32 (32) 34 (36) 38 sts on a stitch holder (sleeve), cast on 4 (6) 6 (6) 4 new sts in extension of the sts on the needle and place a marker in the middle of these.
There are now a total of 56 (58) 62 (66) 74 sts each on front and back.

Thanks for your help
Maro

Yes, you’ll be knitting in the round. This video explains it better than I could. She uses a backward loop cast on but you could use a knitted, cable, or crochet cast on. Knitter’s choice. I can’t find a free pattern by that name. Could you share a link please.

In Danish but with a photo.

Thanks! That makes me think the link I posted is pertinent.

Can you get that pattern in English? I love the design and would like to make it.

I loved the you tube video you posted on separating body from sleeves on a top down pullovers. Very helpful for new knitters!

This site might have a free download in English in exchange for a sign up.

I’m glad you found it helpful. I might eventually figure things like this out on my own or with written help but seeing it does makes it so much easier for me. I think a lot of us benefit from a demonstration.
