Hi everyone!
I’ve made a mistake I’ve never done before and I really need your help because I’m stuck with the project.
I’ve found a wrong stitch (bulky, like a knot) and when I ladder down instead of the usual bar, I’ve found a loop!!! I hope the picture explains what my poor English can’t.
Thank you!
Found a loop in a ladder down
Welcome to the forum!
You explain it very well and the photo is perfect. It looks like you put the project down midway along a row and when you picked it up again, you knit in the wrong direction (back over the sts already knit). Unfortunately, the best way to repair this is to rip out to that looped row and reknit. I don’t know of any other satisfying way to correct this.
Your knitting looks so lovely and even.

Oh no! Thank you for your “diagnostic”
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
A possible alternative: was there any short row shaping in the pattern?
