I made this hat while on a road trip to Canada (not while I was driving! I knitted while my co-pilot drove :D). I left off the ears, and instead am thinking about adding a pompom on top.
I used Debbie Bliss cotton silk aran yarn in Tangerine from elann.com.

And I too love the shirt… being a Labatt’s throw from CA…it leads me to wonder my biggest question of all time… do US coins work in CA vending machines? CA coins don’t in ours anymore… but cashiers don’t blink an eye over it.
I haven’t been over the border since I was 5 and seriously need to do so again…heck, how cool will it be to have a passport to visit Canada?
