FO: Print o' the Wave stole

Hey everyone! I seriously think this is my coolest knitting project to date. It’s Eunny Jang’s Print o’ the Wave stole pattern (okay, I think it’s tied with Eunny Jang’s Bayerische socks, which I have half-completed) and I’m in love! Let me know what you think!

I used Knit Picks Shadow Laceweight in Jewels Heather with my KP Options size 4. More details on the Ravelry! (The first one used flash so the color isn’t very accurate, but I think it might help to see the stitch definition a little more clearly).

I’m really getting interested in knitting-as-art. This is the first piece in a set of two shawls I’m going to make - I call it “Baptism in Water” and the other will be similar, in a reddish-orange called “Baptism in Fire.”

WOW…that is absolutely gorgeous, good job!

Wow, I’ve had this pattern printed out for months now. It’s beautiful and your work is spectacular! Did you do the graft in the center? How big did it turn out? There’s just something about this pattern that makes me drool every time I see it.
