I know, I know, enough with the hats already! They’re the perfect last minute gift though…especially when you have a little bit of yarn and aren’t sure what to do with it!
Last night I made this…I wanted to see how my lace-edged hat pattern would work with a little bulkier yarn. I used Knitpicks Decadence on US8 needles. (I had a scarf on the needles using this yarn but I misplaced the lace pattern…and it was taking too freaking long.)
I also just realized that I never posted a pic here of Mer’s Woodland Hat! Knit in Rowan Soft Baby (omg, wonderful, wonderful yarn). Thanks Mer, for the fab pattern! Everyone give her props!
The hats look terrific! I am madly trying to finish hats for my daughters----------the colder it gets in Chicago, the faster I am knitting. I’m not sure how many Christmas cookies we will have this year, but we will have HATS!!! :XX: :XX: :XX: :XX: :XX: :XX: :XX:
