I got this pattern from the March 2008 issue of Creative Knitting. It called for a cotton blend, but my store here has very little choice and I went with 100% cotton. It still turned out well, if a little stiff. My daughter loves it and I had to stick it in the washer before she realized just so I could wash it!

The sweater took me about 2 weeks to make…including starting over the back once and frogging the back about 1/3 of the way. The bobbles aren’t hard - these anyway - just awkward because it gets so tight.
