Thanks!! I used size 3 dp needles with some generic white yarn I had lying around. They both are about 7 inches from tip to tip.

I am trying to make some of these snowflakes and I just can’t do it. I can’t keep the stitches straight on the dpns. How on earth did you get them to work out? If you have any secrets, please share, because soon, the yarn and the needles are going out the window. :teehee:
oh jeeze, i’m not sure. The only time I really have any trouble with possible twisting is when first joining the round. The book has a suggestion that after casting on and distributing the stitches to lay your work out flat on a table to make sure everything is facing the same direction, and then join the first stitch. After the first few rounds the stitches should cooperate and stay in the right position. I’m sorry, that’s probably not much help
