Unfortunately, the pattern’s designer pulled her pattern from the internet. I contacted her asking for permission to share it, but she told me that she did not want me to do that. I am so sorry. 
I suggest that you study the cable. I’m sure you can improvise a bit.

Looking at these is fun. Some of the tea cozy designs in particular are just so complicated.
