FO- Fidget

This was really quick and fun to knit. I love it, however I hate the yarn! It’s Bernat Alpaca Natural Blends in Persimmon. It shed sooo bad, and though it felt soft to the touch, it’s rather scratchy against my neck. I want to knit this again with something better. Also, I made this a little wider than the pattern called for and I shouldn’t have done that.

Never heard of a ‘fidget’ till now! It looks great and nice and warm!

That’s lovely. It looks so cozy warm, and with your hair coloring it’s the perfect color for you. Your knitting looks perfect, too. :yay:

Oh that’s such a pretty color sorry about the shedding. It came out great

That’s beautiful! I was just looking for something like this to make for a male coworker who has to be outside almost all day. I wonder if this would work for a man if I made it in black with smaller buttons… hmmm…

I have this in my Ravelry faves. It’s called the Hubby Approved Neck Warmer. There are much better pictures of it on Ravelry.

It’s very pretty! If you do make it again, you might want to get some superwash wool. It’s nice and cozy warm but without the scratchiness. If you make another one you should definitely post the pic.

Looks lovely on you

Oh, I love it! It looks very warm – sorry about the itchy yarn, though. That would ruin it for me – gotta have something soft against my neck. Maybe cashmere?

I really like that! It looks like a nice pattern, I love the color, and I like the idea of keeping the neck warm with less bulk of a longer scarf.

It’s very cute and I love the color.

Too bad the yarn turned out itchy - the finished product looks great though

It looks great on you… Love the name and the pattern is gratefully rec’d… LOL!
