Here is a lace scarf that I recently finished. Well, it had been knitted
up for awhile but I only just got around to blocking it hehe.
The pattern is from a stitchionary and is called Falling Leaves,
the yarn is Opal Herbstmelodie. Seemed like the perfect pairing
when I was browsing for patterns to make with this yarn!

Thanks everyone! Unfortunately even doing a lace pattern it
got really boring doing a scarf. I guess I’m just not a scarf
maker. I kept measuring it every few lace repeats to see if it
was long enough hehe… I’d really love to make myself nice
scarves as I could wear them nearly 3/4 of the year here in
Finland but I always get about half way finished and then
start measuring because I want it to end!

Thanks ya’ll I don’t know that I’ll ever be so lucky again to find
such a perfect combination of yarn and stitch pattern. I feel like
this one was a lucky strike hehe… I actually had that yarn for
ages because I just couldn’t figure out what to do with it. When
I ran across that lace pattern there was definitely a light bulb that
went blink haha
