My grandmother got a dressed doll from one of her best friends years ago. Her friend made the doll some clothes from wool. Unfortunately, the moths found the doll with the clothes and ate all her clothes. So she had to be redressed. Since my grandmother knows I like to knit and she wanted something from her granddaughter, she asked me if I could knit her doll some new clothes. Of course I wanted to do that. I didn’t have a pattern, so I designed the clothes myself. The yarn is acrylic, knitted on 2.5 mm needles.
I should do that for my daughter’s dolls, thanks a tonne for the idea. I am so impatient with making things. Making smaller items and finishing them or seeing results sooner seems ideal for my attention span!
