I love knitting baby girl things! Especially gratifying because it takes less than a week from swatching to sewing on the buttons! :happydance:

I knit the smallest size possible, 0-3 mo. It took less than one skein of the yarn, Bernat’s Softee Baby Yarn. Shees. How cool is that? I think my 7 buttons prolly cost more than the yarn. Honestly.

Here are my project notes. Didn’t have too much to talk about since I pretty much followed the pattern directions. No modifications. The pattern has absolutely no errors, which is particularly refreshing in this day and age of pattern errors being the ‘norm’.

The pattern isn’t free. It’s inside aLeisure Arts #3332 leaflet that contains about six cute patterns. I’d knit every one of them. But this one was on the cover, and it SOLD ME! :heart:

Ohhhhh I wish!

The new baby will be born to a young couple in our congregation. They’re early thirties, and it’s their first baby! Late January!!!
