That’s lovely, I love the cable stitching.
HOLY :passedout: !
Is it even possible to say how fantastic you are?! I don’t think so!
WOW! Just wow! That’s all I got, wow!
I love your new sweater. The changes you made are nice. You came up with a really nice collar for it. Did they have ribbing or something at the bottom? The way you did it at the bottom is perfect. Love the color and the scarf really goes with it nicely. A close up of the buttons would be good, they look special but can’t see the details. You always have such cool buttons. Nice fit.
Thanks Judy! There was a prescribed 4 inch “ribbing” which was K3P1 ribbing. It was really a ‘lame’ ribbing in comparison to the tons of cabling just above it. I wasn’t wild about such a lame ribbing with such a complex cable pattern. So I just took off with the cabling from get-go!
Here is a close up of the buttons. I really like them!
The lighting isn’t that good, but you can see the detail of the buttons. The color is a warm gold, and not brassy.
Thanks for the closeup of the buttons. They are beautiful. Lots of details. Your sweater doesn’t miss the ribbing at all. I love the cables going all the way to the hem. I also enjoyed the closeup of the sweater showing the extra colors in the yarn. Lovely yarn.
Wow, wow, wow…just beautiful! I love the color…and the changes you made to the pattern. I’m inspired! :happydance:
What a beautiful sweater! Your mods are perfect, I love the pattern right from the cast-on and the detail of the collar.
This is so beautiful and I love the color!!! You are amazing, I know I have said that before!
