FO - Bee Stitch Dishcloth

I just stumbled upon this pattern one day and thought it looked pretty neat, so I gave it a try. It was super easy, but I really like the way it turned out. And the colors in the yarn gave it an interesting diagonal pattern too!

That is so cool where did you find the pattern?

Ooooooh! I like that stitch and the yarn makes it gorgeous!

Love it! :cheering: Where did you find the pattern?

I love that!! :cheering:

Really neat! :cheering:

Ooooh, I like that! Pretty!

I didn’t know a cloth could look so fab.
Pattern please. :XX:

Very pretty! You did a great job. I’ve been wanting to do that dishcloth too.

You can find it here:

I certainly don’t associate anything that pretty with doing dishes.

Where did you find that stitch pattern?

NIFTY! LOVE the way the colors came together! I remember the knittingknonsense chick stating that that pattern was a good one for showing off variegated yarns…

That is sooo awesome…how all the colors seem to “move”…it’s truly a work of art! Love :inlove: it!!

I love it! :inlove:

I love this stitch too! That pattern is on my “to do” list one day!

That stitch pattern is gorgeous! :inlove: I love what it does to the variegated yarn. I’ve seen a scarf pattern that uses that stitch (the scarf is knit longways)–it looks woven like a slip-stitch pattern but is much more festive. Nice work!!

Thanks earthchick for posting the link! And thanks to everyone else for all the compliments! I was surprised by how nice it turned out! The stitch was super simple, just knit into the row below, very easy. I used Peaches and Cream yarn, which I thought was a little softer than Lion Cotton. And I like the color selection better than Sugar n’ Cream. And at a little over a $1 a ball at Wal-Mart, you can’t beat that!

That looks so great,
i love the wool, what weight is it?

wonder what i can use that’s simular, don’t have that yarn over here :frowning:
would look great using varigated yarn and made into a scarf i think,

Hazel x

i’ve never seen that stitch!
