I finished a set of matching hat and socks for my cousin’s baby son. The pattern can be found here. I used a 50% cotton and 50% acrylic yarn and it was great knitting with.
I found some mistakes in the pattern (the short row heel on the socks and the decreases in the hat) but worked them out.
I hope to get a chance to hand them over this week.

I was able to hand the hat and socks over yesterday and my cousin was very happy with them. Unfortunately I didn’t get to see them being worn as the little one was asleep and we didn’t want to wake him up…
