You could add ears, leave off the hats and make them be bunnies - that was one of my ideas (you could even hide the ears under hats for the holidays).

Without their hats and scarves they look very much like ghosts! I thought about making seasonal outfits for them - so they could be up year round…but I’m not sure if I’m going to go there.
