1962 here!!

Interesting calculator… says I can expect to live to 84… need to add more exercise, eat fewer sweet things, deal with stress better :roflhard: I think I had some points deducted because, although I do get my blood pressure checked all the time, I can never remember what it is (it’s okay, though). It also seems to think eating dairy is the only way to get calcium, when in fact a) not all forms of dairy + my insides = happiness and b) it’s in other forms of food and c) I take a supplement as well.

Anyway… 1/2 mile in the pool Wednesday, back to the gym this afternoon… stuck to my WW points Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (didn’t when I was home sick Monday…).
