Felted bag.?

While I am asking for help.
I have the handle knitted to the 40" that the directions calls for and the entire handle is curled up. since I am going to be felting this will the handle straighted out, or do I need to worry about it.

:?? When it comes out of the washer you should be able to block it out to dry pretty much in the shape you want, I believe.
