The pattern I’m following says to decrease every fouth row. My first decrease was in row 5. Should the next decrease be in row 8 meaning I counted row 5 as the first row, or should the next decrease be in row 9 meaning I started counting with row 6 after my first decrease row?
I would decrease on row 9 and not count row 5.
