Elefante

[SIZE=3][FONT=Comic Sans MS]I finished this little guy last week for my lil 5 year old (who’s fave animal is the elephant).

Sorry for the poor pic quality! These were taken with my cell phone. She didn’t take very long to knit after I finally figured out the body pattern.

That is just adorable - I bet she loves it!!!

Aww, that is the cutest elephant! Great job!

cute little baby elephant!

Thanks everyone! If you look closely, I didn’t do a great job whip stitching the head to the body…and I didn’t seam my loose ends very well either. I’m so lazy when it comes to finishing things off. I should really go back and do a better job so she doesn’t look like a franken-ele!

Aww! That’s so sweet! Thanks for the pattern link! Great job on knitting it!

You did a wonderful job! And have inspired me to try the pattern. Did you stuff it like the pattern said – with pellets and fiberfil?

I love the elephant, have saved the pattern. I was wondering if you use cascade 220 is that a 100% wool and would it felt up if washed. quite fancy making a felted toy for my daughter. wonder if it would work.

She has to be the cutest elephant I have ever seen. You have done a good job x
