Easy Knut animal patterns

I am looking for easy knitted animal patterns. I found a knitted owl on the Lion Brand website, and it knit fairly easy for me. Most patterns I find are crochet, and I don’t know how to crochet.

Welcome to the forum!
Are you thinking of stuffed animals? Lionbrand is a good source and they probably have more animal patterns. There are some patterns for knit animals here at KH.

You can also search on Ravelry for simple patterns for knit animals, for example this search:

Charlotte, is this the link you meant? http://www.rebeccadanger.typepad.com/

It is so annoying when these electronic devices get stubborn and refuse to do what they’re supposed to, isn’t it? LOL Been there, done that myself.

Are these patterns IN THE ROUND? I made a monkey once with 21 pieces and by the end of seaming I was ready to go on a relaxation cruise!!! That is my biggest beef with knitting animals…I would like to see less seaming and more body parts in the round…
Anyone have any suggestions for patterns in the round (as much as possible)?
Thank you.

I couldn’t agree more. I find knit animals adorable but so fiddley to make.
A quick search turned up these uncomplicated ones which are completely knit in the round.

Ah, yes,it is! Many thanks for getting right what my iPad didn’t! That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

These are also some cute little toys on Rav - in 150 yds or less, many knit in the round.
