I think I dropped a stitch at the beginning of round. But feeling a bit confused about how to fix it. Any help is appreciated!

It looks like an accidental yarn over. the last stitch worked (the yarn strand is coming off it on the right hand needle) was a purl. The next stitch on the left needle is the yarn over and then a knit.
Drop the yarn over off the left needle and let it unravel. There’ll be a little extra yarn there but that will work its way into the stitches on either side.
Looks like beautiful colors and very neat knitting.
