Hi I am decreasing stitches at top of hat…Needle #1 has 15 stitches Neddle#2 has 14 stitches and #3 has 15…my patter is k3 k2tog andn k last 4 stitches but i have a k 2tog at end of 2nd neede but only 1 stitch …Do I get 2nd stitch from start og needle #3?

You can do that. Just slip the stitch from needle 3 onto the end of needle 2 and work two sts together. It’s helpful to routinely keep the k2tog sts either mid needle or at the end of the dpns. Then you won’t have to think about shifting sts again.
