I tried loading the forum to read earlier and got the too many requests message. I just now was able to get in. I sure appreciate Sheldon’s work here. I expect the gazillion spam posts will be gone before I get back tomorrow. It’s 12:48 a.m. here and I’m calling it a day.

Dang, those spambots were busy. All cleaned up. I’ll keep an eye on things and make sure they can’t come back. The problem is that they are getting more and more sophisticated and manage to find ways around our defenses.

Your work is in the background and usually goes unnoticed. The tag was simply to let you know I appreciate what you do. Without it you might not have known I said thanks. I was confident (took for granted) that you’d become aware and clean up the mess. Why people release the bloody bots is beyond my comprehension and I’m wondering if people even are involved anymore or if it’s all AI. I’ll stop bugging you now.
