Does anyone know where I can find a knitting pattern or patterns that would fit these dolls? They are quite short - 10-11 inches - and tubby.

Aren’t they cute! There are some patterns on [Ravelry](http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/search#sort=best&query=knitting pattern 10 inch doll) and online. Also, if you Google “knitting patterns, 10-inch dolls” and the websites will show up, for example:
