So I’m getting confused about st st in the round can some one explain how to do it and what is a round I get confused
For stockinette stitch in the round, you use a circular needle or double pointed needles depending on the size of your work, and you just continue knitting all the way around until your work reaches the appropriate length. Each “round” is a row when you are knitting in the round. It helps to keep a stitch marker in place to mark the beginning of each row/round to make sure your work is even.
Check this video “Join in the round” Knitting Example to see how to get started knitting in the round. She shows how to join with a circular needle and with DPNs. A round begins with the first stitch that joins the ends of your cast on. A marker helps, as megan said.
