Does anyone know of a free pattern for

Socks knitted without the sole, so they can be replaced? :knitting:

These are all I found even on Ravelry. Doesn’t mean there aren’t more though.

I know you said free, but here’s some you can maybe check the library for.
EZ has one called the Moccasin Sock that is resoleable. It’s apparently in The Knitter’s Almanac. Maybe you can get it from your library.

This book has one called Two Needle Resoleable Socks

Thank you Jan!!! happy dance I’m do okay with altering sock patterns, but I needed a basic idea.

I might try an ILL, but my local library could fit in my LR and kitchen… :teehee:

I order books through my library online. They draw books from all over the county which greatly improves my chances of finding a book. You might see if you can do that, too.

They don’t have an internet system… They have internet, but no online book systems. I live in the sticks.

Are you talking about that? Or something else?

Yes, I was talking about a whole online ordering site so you can place a hold on books you want. I live in southern California so of course we have lots of resources. I hope you can find the books!
