It’s a very intriguing design but I couldn’t find the pattern. You might try the Pattern Detectives on Ravelry. They are very good.

Otherwise maybe you could adapt a pattern to combine the two color cable and a moss or blackberry stitch variation.

There are lots of videos on how to work two colour cables which you can incorporate into a single colour pattern if you don’t manage to find this exact pattern.
This one is not in English but is the closest to the cable pattern.
