I’m knitting a reversible cable blanket in Uk Aran acrylic yarn Cygnet Deluxe Aran ( I know not the best but has the exact colour shade I wanted )
I did swatch but now I’m not sure on softness and drape
I’ve cast on in 6.0 mm for border and thinking to do the cable body on a 6.5 mm
There is a change in stitch count to allow for the cable pull
But I’m thinking now will the 6.0mm to 6.5 for body might be too bulky and not lay flat
Any thoughts it’s a lot of work to get wrong
Or would you not even attempt reversible Aran cable blanket on that size I just wanted drape really, not feel like a board.
