Diamond Lattice pattern from flat to in the round

Hello!
How can I convert this pattern from flat to in the round?

Instruction for knitting the pattern is as follows:
Cast on multiples og 6 + 2.
In understand I just knit the purl rounds.
The repeat is 6 sts, bur do I have to add 2 sts at the end of the round as well?

Row 1. k3, (LT, k4) x repeats, til 5 stitches remaining: LT, k3

Row 2. Purl

Row 3. (k2, RT, LT) x repeats, k2

Row 4. Purl

Row 5. k1 (RT, k2, LT) x repeats, k1

Row 6. Purl

Row 7. (RT, k4) x repeats, LT

Row 8. Purl

Row 9. k1 (LT, k2, RT) x repeats, k1

Row 10. Purl

Row 11. (k2, LT, RT) x repeats, k2

Row 12. Purl

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you

Welcome Katia
It can be a little complex but it can be done.
First of all when knitting flat patterns usually include 1 stitch at each end as an edge stitch so delete 2 stitches from the cast on number.
On wrong side rows you have to reverse the stitches so in this pattern your Even rows will be Knit.
Re-write the pattern for example Row 1: will read
Round 1: K2, (LT, K4) repeat to last 4 stitches LT, K2
Take your time, maybe work a sample.

Thank you
So for knitting this lattice pattern in the round, I would just cast on multiples of 6?
No need to add an extra stitch at the end/beginning?

Welcome!
It looks like you are going to have to play around with this pattern on a sample as flknit5 suggests. Row 7 for example seems to call for a multiple of 6 + 1 in order to work in the round and the final LT becomes a RT. I’ve only looked at the pattern on paper but it’s worth working out in the round on a swatch before plunging in.
It’s a simple but very pretty design.

Ok, thank you
Still, if anyone knows the exact “recipe”/instructions for this pattern in the round,
I would be very thankful!
