I know I asked this below, but I want to make sure…
Starting with 60 stitches
Dec one at end of each of the next and 3 foll alt rows, 52 st.
To me, 3 foll alt rows sound like at the end of every sixth row (every other third row). It’s in stockinette. So would it be
K - dec row 59 st

I read following alternate rows to be every other row.
So if you call the first decrease row 1, then you would decrease on
rows 1, 3, 5, 7
So it won’t be lopsided if I only decrease on the knit sides only?
And I’ll have to decrease more than 3 alt rows to get down to 52 stitches too, right?

You’re decreasing at each end–twice per row.
Total decreases for the first and the following 3 rows would be 8.

I see it now! LOL Thanks…
off to
but just one row thankfully!
