I have finished one hat already and I am currently working on hat number two. (4 in total). The first hat was knitted in Knit Picks Swish DK weight in the color Nutmeg Heather. The second hat is in the same yarn weight but in the Dove Heather color. The 3 & 4 hats will be in the same weight yarn but will be black and white. They all will be different pattern stitches so her hear will not get too hot when she wears them.
As it is sad note after the loss of our son in Dec.2022, we lost our female longhair miniature dachshund Sugarfoot. She passed away in her sleep, and I was the one who found her. She passed on May31, 2023. She was13 years old. Then7 months later, just 6 days after the 1-year anniversary of our son, we lost our male miniature longhair dachshund Gunner’s Coal when he stopped breathing in my husband’s arms on Dec16, 2023.
