I am knitting a green cup cozy for my auntie Janiece. I’m using yarnspirations red heart that I purchased from Walmart. The colour is paddy green.
I’am a beginner. My bind off edge is on the left side and my cast on edge is on the right.
Can you show me which stitches to begin sewing into on my bind off edge?

That’s a very thoughtful gift. Here’s a nice video for garter stitch seaming. You may have to stretch out the knitting a bit (as done in the video) in order to see the Vs that are to be seamed.

Don’t forget to leave the opening for the cup handle if that’s the design you’re working.
