Crochet open work top - looking for pattern

I’m looking for a pattern for a crochet top that is an openwork pattern - looks like a diamond pattern. It’s a top that would be worn over another and it has sleeves.

I saw one that is a tank in the Vogue knitting mag (spring summer 2007) in a special advertising section for NY Yarns.

If anyone can help it would be great. Thank you!

Did you like the one you saw in the ad? Try going to the NY Yarn website and look for the pattern there.

I looked on the website for the pattern that I saw in Vogue but could not find it. Also it’s a tank top and I was looking for one with sleeves. I’m a knitter and just beginning crochet so I would probably have no idea how to add sleaves.
