Country Home Decor Help!

I’ve been looking for a new comforter cover/duvet for our king size down comforter and I’m trying to find a country home decor style, but I can’t seem to find anything.

I would love something that has a quilt-like style, but in a duvet. Does anyone know if they make something like that?

And yes I’ve tried Ebay, but I must be typing in the wrong phrase…

Try Bed, Bath, and Beyond, Linens and Things, Target, or Walmart. You never know!!

Lands End (www.landsend.com) has lots of nice comforter covers, and so does LLBean (www.llbean.com) - both of these have a more casual/country feel. Check at Overstock.com, too - they’re having a bedding sale right now. Domestications.com is also good. But my casual glance through them is finding lots of plain colors, some prints, but no quilt-style covers. For that look you may find it cheaper to just buy a quilt - Domestications has the best selection.

Hi - you are right, these are kind of hard to find…here’s one. I don’t know if the colors and or price are what you had in mind, but it is definitely a quilt look. (Kind of expensive, to me!!)

Here’s another, completely different look - (I’m not crazy about the sheets, but the duvet is cool)

So, those are a few to get you started…for search words, I used “Patwork duvet” you could also use “Patchwork comforter cover”…

Sharly, Thank you so much for all the work you did trying to find these for me. :hug: I will definitely look under those search words. I did like the one from Amazon, and yes, it is expensive as I only need the cover/duvet, not anything else. I’m not a “matchy” type of person. I like a variety of colors on our bed.

Hi again! Still no luck finding what I want. I was thinking I may have to buy a quilt in the size I need and then just “make” the rest into a duvet.

I think you could definitely do that - quilt, flat sheet, buttons and you are in business!
