I kid you not…my mom gave me a dress that had that kind of collar on it…the dress underneath notso bad…but that pleated to oblivion not my thing!!! I’m waiting for my sewing friend to tell me if I could take the collar off, re-seam it, [B]and[/B] it would look OK…
