This was a fun combo to knit. The hat is a Cable Hat by Bernat in Yarnspiration and the cowl is Cryin’ Icicles from Plucky Knitter. Both were omitted with Berroco yarns. Chunky for the hat and Vintage for the cowl. Because the yarn was Berroco yarn I was able to get matching colours in both yarn types. To make the hat extra warm I knitted in a lining. This was a birthday gift.
I love it so much I can’t wait to make a combo for me! I do charity knit hats and i think going forward I will knit a lining for them. It makes the hats so much warmer… It takes extra yarn and time, but it’s worth it. This time I didn’t have to reach out to Salmonmac for help! 
But it’s nice knowing the Knitting Help team are there should I need them…
