How can I straighten out circular needles–they “confuse” me when they wrap around as I’m working.
My favorite and I think quickest is to use my hair dryer. Just put one needle into a drawer or have somebody hold it, stretch it and blow it till it’s straight.
You can dip the cords in very hot water for a minute or so, or run them through hot water from the tap and hold them straight as they cool. Also holding it straight over a light bulb can work; anything to heat up the cord. After a while the weight of the projects will help keep them straighter.
Thanks for the great ideas. I’ll give them a try tonight.
