The pattern says I need a 16" or 24" US 10 1/2 cicular needle. Is the 16" counted from the tip of one needle to the tip of the other needle? or is it counted just the inches of the cicular part? I would assume that it is the entire length, from tip to tip. But you know what they say about assuming.
