1st symbol is a V (in a box) = 1 fantasie-M
2nd symbol is a / (in a box) = 2 M li zusstr
Not sure what language it is.

That would be German. Without the full pattern/symbols/abbreviation it is a bit difficult to translate but…
1 fantasie -M = Knit 1 fantasy
2 M li zusstr = Purl 2 together
Fantasy may be referring to the specific yarn/color.
