I am knitting Patons top down super stripes sweater. Having knitted this a few times in just one colour I now want to use different colours. There are no instructions on how to change colours, I know how to do it in the round but how do I change colours when increasing at the same time?

Don’t change colors at an increase. Change at or just before a marker in the yoke pattern. Later, you can place the color change at the side. You can just start knitting with the new color and later, when you weave in ends, be sure to cross the yarn tails to close up any holes.
