Cat in the Hat

This is my cat, Momo, posing with my grand babies new hat. Doesn’t he look happy!?! lol!!!
This is the second hat I had to make because the first one was too small for my grand son’s head.
I’m also trying to knit a thing for his car seat. It’s a blanket type thing that has slots for the straps to fit through, so when he goes in the car seat his mom will just have to plop him in it and cover him with the blanket thing, and the straps will all ready to buckle. I will post a picture when I’m through. I have NO idea how it’s going to turn out.
But at least he will have a little hat to keep his head warm!

I like the idea of a blanket for the baby’s car sit. I hope I can knit something similar for the baby my sister is expecting Crossed Fingers

I cannot get any of my cats to pose for FO photos - but they will chew on needles, yarn, row counters, tape measures, etc. Lucky me. :hair:

[FONT=Century Gothic]The car-seat blanket is coming along…I have the back part done and now have to do the front which is attached at the bottom using circulars. [/FONT]
[FONT=Century Gothic]It kind of looks like a big bag that is closed on the bottom (keep little feet warm) and has slits in the back (for the car seat straps) and is split to almost the bottom on both sides (for easy in & out).[/FONT]
