Cascading Leaves Socks w/Sherman heel & toe FO

 Thanks, ahhhh…the beauty of the short row/sherman heel…no gusset

 I have finally finished the Cascading Leaves socks! The pattern can be found here, along with several other lovely sock patterns. I used KnitPicks Essential sock yarn in burgundy & size 1 addi’s. I will give them to my sister tomorrow

They are beautiful!!

Becka, those socks are beautiful!!! I am so intrigued by the sherman toe and heel. I just might have to try that!! I am knitting a pair of socks right now using Regia Silk- 55% merino, 25% polyamid, 20% silk- it’s soooo soft! You’ve gotten me hooked on socks, my friend!!

 Thanks!! Aren’t socks just a blast?! I highly recommend the sherman toe & heel, Margie, it’s a very easy short-row method…a good way to get your feet wet with short rowing socks (LOL, with me, a good fall back when I lost all ability to short row socks :roflhard: :rofling: ) They are toooo much fun!! I have design’s flying around in my head…I think I may just have to cast on for a new design today

Awesome! They look great.

Great job - I’m in love with the color! :inlove:

 Thanks, guys
I gave them to my sister yesterday @ church & she loved them

Bekka, those look just great, I really  the color. Your sis is soooo lucky.

I haven’t tried socks yet, but with all the sock knitters here posting WIP’s & FO’s, they intrigue me more and more. One day I must take the plunge.

More beautiful socks, Rebecca! Am just starting my very first pair, inspired by your wonderful work :XX: It’s fun!

 Thanks, guys!!! I am happy to read that we have 2 more future socknitting addicts  I can’t wait to see ya’ll’s socks

Becka - I just turned the heel on my first EVER sock! It’s so exciting… :rofling: :cheering: :rofling: :cheering:
