I have a pattern that I would like to use the double knitting technique in 2 colors. The edge of the pattern calls for garter stitch. Can I double knit 2 colors in garter stitch? Instructions are welcomed and a video would be awesome. Thanks

It seems to me that double knitting is a bit like knitting in the round. I couldn’t find much information on garter stitch in double knitting. There’s a little bit in the beginning of this video which is more about knitting a bear.
