Binding off at neckline

I am stuck as how to bind off at the neckline. I bound off my center stitches. Then it tells me to work the shoulder sides seperately binding off 4 stitches at the neckline on each side. How do I get the last (4th) stitch bound off. The rest of the stitches are on the other side?

You will have to BO one edge on the WS because you can only BO at the beginning of a row.
