I’m a newbie knitter and am after a pattern for a really good style of baby booties - preferably free and simple-ish.
I’ve already tried 2 different patterns and wasn’t pleased with the style of either.
Would be grateful for any help!

I made these and they were really easy and are cute! I made the ones in the middle “top down”.

I made these with Elann’s Esprit cotton yarn with elastic. It’s $2.95 a 50 gram ball. My daughter loves these and says they stay on when nothing else does. I made other booties but these were the favorites and ones she tells me I must make when I have a baby shower to knit for. My daughter says she needs more of them…
